Because there is not a universal sizing chart for all clothing manufacturers we have created this chart for the styles that we carry. When each piece arrives our team gets to work taking accurate measurements, styling, and shooting each item so we give you the BEST way to shop online! We try one on and may adjust sizes according to actual FIT, not the manufacturers inside sizing tag. The best recommendations can be found on individual items listed, our descriptions are super detailed, models are measured and listed. Shipping
Our warehouse ships within 24 hours M-F 8-5 MST

Custom designed & Pre ordered products will list ship time on the listing itself per item. Graphic Tees are made to order and ship time is usually 10-14 days due to USPS delays with covid. We still ship them out in 2 business days.

Returns

Items sell out fast. If you love it and are unsure on sizing please get with me so I can help you. Often times size exchanges are not possible, as items are simply sold out. We typically refund the payment method used for returns if we do not have the item in stock to size exchange. 

Discount and Sale items
**All SALE/discount item purchases are final** (A sale/discount item is defined as a 'special rate' for a specific set time. Live claim discounts are not included in this and are available to return as long as it was sold at standard live claim price) Example of discounted sale not eligible for return: Jeggings that sell for $32 we do a sale for 50% off. These would not be eligible for return as we discount in order to clear out space and bring in new inventory.
We do accept size exchanges and returns for store credit if the following criteria is met: 
- You must initiate the return within 3 days of product arrival
-Email or message to confirm return or exchange (email is taraeveland@gmail.com if you buy on a 3rd party sales channel such as facebook please use their messenger service to reach out)
-Package and label the returning items including a note with the following details:
-Name and Invoice number
-Date Received
-Reason for return (Size Exchange, wrong item, defective, didn't work for your body type) this is for my tax purposes 
-Send it back! Email me the tracking # please! taraeveland@gmail.com
-upon arrival I will reach out to you about a credit or refund

-If it's more than one item please state how you would like your store credit code, note codes can only be used ONE TIME and does not subtract anything left over. Example: You return 2 items for $25 each, please state if you want a one time code of $50 to be used all at once, OR 2 codes for $25 each both will need to used on their own at separate times)

-Please provide a pic of the receipt after you mail it back so we may track it properly.
